Asa signee of Rostrum Records and a Pittsburgh native, Boaz reps gritty, hard-edged East Coast rap with a historical bent. For his track "Rootin' For The Villain," he linked up with two guys who have been doing that sound for years; Styles P and Jadakiss. Today, we get a video for that track.
Somewhat surprisingly (at least if you haven't been keeping up with him), Boaz holds his own against the rappers who make up two thirds of The LOX. The video is fairly straightforward, only showing the trio in the studio and in front of a grey background. Luckily, all three MCs have enough charisma to carry the video on their own.
