Nas returns to "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" to perform "N.Y. State Of Mind" with The Roots.

Although Nas hasn't released new music since 2012's Life Is Good, 2014 has been exceptionally kind to him, seeing a documentary, tour, guest spots and TV appearances added to his already-lengthy resume. The bulk of that is due to an extended 20th birthday party for his landmark debut, Illmatic (seriously, this thing has gone on for months), which continued last night on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon."

Having already visited the program earlier this year with Q-Tip to perform "One Love," Nasir Jones returned last night to do "N.Y. State Of Mind" with The Roots.

Watch the performance above (skip to the 8 minute mark).
