Mick Jenkins Has Completed His Debut Album

Mick Jenkins announces that his debut album, possibly titled "The Healing Component," is done.

Tuesday afternoon, Mick Jenkins used his favorite grammatical tool, the bracket, to announced that his debut album has been completed. "I'm done. [wit the album]," he wrote on Instagram

Jenkins has garnered critical and critical acclaim for his introspective, elemental, and highly lyrical style. He has previously indicated that his album would be called [T]he [H]ealing [C]omponent, the title has yet to be officially confirmed.

Jenkins, who celebrated his 25th birthday last week, released his breakout mixtape The Water[s] in August 2014 and his debut EP Wave[s] in August 2015. Will he release his album in August 2016? Stay tuned... it's gonna be a good one.
