Jeezy and Future connect on Jimmy Fallon to perform "No Tears."

Jeezy and Future paid a visit to Jimmy Fallon's show last night as the musical guest, and performed Jeezy's new record off Seen It All: The Autobiography "No Tears." The two have already teamed up for an official music video for the record, which was beautifully shot in the US Virgin Islands by Eif Rivera.

In related news, as we reported last night, the AK-47 found in Jeezy's tour bus which led to his arrest was reportedly not the Snowman's.
