Pusha T's 2013 release My Name Is My Name featured some of the most powerful lyrics we heard last year. One of the most moving songs was "40 Acres," a track that addresses post-Civil War politics, Pusha's own troubled past, and his brother No Malice's newfound Christian beliefs.
Now, Revolt.TV has unveiled a slick video of King Push spitting a verse from the song acapella. The black and white clip is very classy, using the medium to show Pusha's emotions while interspersing footage of children and an old Clipse music videos. Not everyone could rock this acapella style, but Push, with his impassioned rapping and deep lyrics, is the right man for the job.
