Freddie Gibbs stays on his G shit, which any devout fan can attest too. Nonetheless, he felt the need to proclaim just that in a new song and music video for a track aptly titled "On Some G Shit", featuring partner-in-crime G-Wiz.
Gibbs is probably still in your rotation with his Madlib-produced Pinata album, but this visual/record is still a good sign of things to come, as it's definitely a banger, with production from Lifted. The music video for this really only serves as a backdrop, it actually consists of footage taken from the HBO crime drama "True Detective", while Rust Cohle does his thing.
