Nas was a guest on Friday's episode of "Real Time With Bill Maher", joining a discussion which covered topics such as DeSeann Jackson's contriversial release from the Philadelphia Eagles, the Fort Hood shootin, and more.
At one point Nas even talks about his track with Jay Z, "Black Republicans", but when it's suggested that he himself may support the party he jokes, "I wouldn't go that far".
Nas is getting ready to release the 20th anniversary edition of his seminal debut album, Illmatic, and at one point Maher asks him if the conditions of inner city areas have changed.
While Nas does feel things have changed, he says he doesn't feel they've improved-- citing the violent gang wars currently happening in Chicago.
