Nas' debut album, widely considered one of the defining statements of the genre, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. To celebrate the occasion, the Queensbridge rapper is releasing a remastered edition of the album, complete with remixes and rare b-sides.
On top of that, he'll be performing the album in its entirety on a number of dates.
We now have some footage from his performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., in which he was backed by none other than the National Symphony Orchestra.
The footage finds Nas performing two of the records highlights, "One Love" and "Represent", rocking a suit and tie for the occasion.
