A couple of days ago, it was looking like Kodak Black was in a world of trouble, as he was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drugs, and attempting to flee a Law Enforcement Officer at a high speed. Yesterday (Apr. 24), Kodak was released on bail, and today, he was able to share an inspiring moment with his mother, as she burst into tears when Kodak showed her the latest issue of XXL magazine, which contains a feature devoted to him.
Kodak put up an Instagram video of his mother seeing him in XXL for the first time. "Oh my god, look at my son," wailed Kodak's mother as she skimmed through the magazine. "This what I grind fa," wrote the 18-year-old Pampano Beach native, who recently signed a deal with Atlantic Records. "Minus da bullshit life's great."
Congrats to Kodak on his high-profile magazine feature. Do you think he'll return to XXL for this summer's Freshman issue?
