Kim Kardashian goes for Taylor Swift's neck in a new clip taken from a future episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

It took Taylor Swift a few years to forgive Kanye West after he famously mortified her at the 2009 VMAs, but until recently, it was thought that they were the best of friends. That was until Kanye released The Life of Pablo and namedropped Taylor on the lead single, "Famous," in a manner that many took to be offensive: "For all my Southside n*ggas that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous. Those are Ye's opening lines on the Rihanna-featuring single, and soon after they made headlines, he found himself back out of favor with America's favorite sweetheart.

A few months ago, Ye admitted that the lyrics in question helped him emerge victorious in a long-winded bout with writer's block, though as the saga involving him, Taylor, and now his wife continues, he must be asking himself if asserting his sexual prowess over the pop luminary was really worth it.

Of course, Kanye doesn't think he did anything wrong by mentioning Taylor in the vulgar lyric, just as he saw it necessary to include her naked likeness in a bed next to him, his wife, and a host of other nude celebrities in the new "Famous" video, which Taylor was supposedly "horrified" to see. Taylor's horror seems understandable, but Kanye (and Kim) don't feel that her reaction is authentic because they are still maintaining that she approved of the lyrics that fornicated her and Kanye in the first place.

In her recent GQ cover story, Kim called out Taylor for "playing the victim," and she specifically took issue with Taylor's Album of the Year acceptance speech at this year's Grammys, during which she implicated Kanye as representative of a male-dominated industry that tries to crush the achievements of young women. Kim told the magazine that there's video evidence of Taylor approving of the infamous "Famous" lyric, and she disclosed that Taylor's lawyers had contacted Kanye in an effort to destroy said footage.

Today, it has been revealed that Kim will elaborate on the "Famous" controversy on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians." In a clip taken from an upcoming episode, Kim explains to Kourtney why she's defending Kanye against his blonde rival. She says that Taylor was supposed to use the Grammys as an opportunity to surprise the media by letting them know that she had cosigned "Famous" before its release, and she quotes Taylor as having said, "As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet, I'm gonna tell all the press, like, 'I was in on it.'"

"At this point, I really don't give a fuck," says an enraged Kim while dramatic music swells in the background, "So I'll do whatever to protect my husband." The gears in Kourtney's brain then churn at an alarming rate, as she offers her take on the whole situation: "I'm so glad that you said the truth." At the end of clip, Kim even suggests that Taylor helped Kanye "rewrite" the lyrics that have gotten him in so much trouble. Watch it below, and get ready to dig even deeper into the drama on the next episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
