Netflix can barely do wrong when it comes to their original programming, as they proved time and time again. The most recent TV series to debut on the service is Marvel's "Luke Cage," which for the first time in recent memory (/history?), actually crashed Netflix, forcing millions of Netflix user to abandon the series for the better part of a Saturday afternoon.
On the heels of the release of "Luke Cage," Netflix is back at it with the debut date for another new Marvel series, "Iron Fist." Today a short clip dropped revealing the TV series will hit Netflix on March 17, 2017.
Iron Fist aka Daniel "Danny" Rand will be played by actor Finn Jones ("Game of Thrones"). Rand is a billionaire Buddhist monk who inherited the powers of the Iron Fist after discovering the mythical city K'un L'un. The series will reportedly begin with Rand returning to New York City after having been missing for years, where he'll (unsurprisingly) end up fighting corruption.
