Curren$y has been keeping up with his one-project-a-month 2016 on a very tight schedule. Following up the 9/30 and 10/30 mixtapes (dropped on the respective dates of their titles), Spitta dropped 11/30 to close off November, making it his 11th project this year. This time around, he's working with producers like Cool and Dre, Cash Fargo, and Purps of 808 Mafia, as well as Don Cannon and Metro Boomin, who join forces for the "Fed Ex" beat.
Like much of Metro's 2016 work, the track has a creeping paranoia about it. To fit the mood, Curren$y's delivers a lower register, croak-like delivery, adapting to his dark surroundings. Listen to the full project here.
Quotable Lyrics:
Pulled up like Fed Ex
Double R headrest
Money, power, respect
Trying to make that bread stretch
Valet park the Spyder at the stadium
Really got the car them boys say they in
Fed Ex
