The Orlando Magic are getting a new uniform for next season, a black "Alternate" joint that looks more like a practice jersey than anything else.
I don't want to say Adidas is just mailing it in because their partnership with the NBA ends after this season, but if this uniform is any indication of what's in store for this off-season, there are going to be a lot of grumpy NBA fans voicing their displeasure on social media.
Or maybe that's just me but IMHO, the Magic would've been better suited going with the classic pinstriped throwbacks.
Last off-season most of the newly unveiled NBA jerseys, like the Clippers and Hawks, were immediately trashed by basketball fans. We'll have to wait and see how people respond to Orlando's new "Stars" jerseys.
