Set aside an extra $190 for tomorrow because the popular black and red "Flu Game" Air Jordan 12 is making a comeback.
The iconic kicks, the ones which Michael Jordan wore during Game 5 of the NBA Finals against the Jazz as he battled "flu-like symptoms," originally released in 1997, followed by retros in 2003 and 2009. The '09 pair differed from the rest, constructed of nubuck instead of leather, featuring MJ's point total (38) from Game 5 and the year ('97) on the lower ankle.
The upcoming 2016 rendition of the black and red 12s will look similar to the OG pair, built on a rich tumbled leather upper this time around.
These figure to be one of the most sought after releases of the year so make sure you set your alarm for the 10am drop.
