Ice Cube's Big3 League invaded the Staples Center in Los Angeles yesterday, which included a special 4-point contest featuring Big Baller Brand CEO, LaVar Ball.
Cube had issued a challenge to LaVar earlier this Summer, saying if LaVar could hit a 4-point shot he'd buy 10 pairs of the $495 Big Baller Brand ZO2 Prime. Last night the two went head to head and although LaVar managed to sink a 4-point shot he still lost because Ice Cube buried two shots from long distance.
After taking an L in the 4-point contest, LaVar gave his "game-worn" "Showtime" Big Baller Brand ZO2 Prime sneakers to team Trilogy's Rashad McCants, who will surely find a nice spot for them on his mantelpiece.
Nobody expects this humbling experience to completely stop LaVar Ball from trolling the likes of Michael Jordan, Shaq and Charles Barkley, but hopefully now he'll pump the brakes on the athletic challenges and let his son Lonzo do the hooping.
