The Summer Olympics are coming to Los Angeles.
The International Olympic Committee has announced that the city of Los Angeles has worked out a deal to host the 2028 Summer Olympics, which also means the 2024 games will be held in Paris.
Earlier this Summer, the IOC announced that they'd be deciding two games at once, and that the 2024 and 2028 games would go to Paris and L.A, it just wasn't made clear until today.
The 2028 games will mark the first time the U.S. has hosted the Summer Olympics since the 1996 games were held in Atlanta. It is also the third time that LA hosted the summer games (1932 and 1984).
