Every summer current and former NBA players, as well as college, streetball, high school, and international pros invade the Drew League in South Central Los Angeles making it one of the premiere summer basketball leagues in the country.
This past weekend was no different as NBA All-Stars Chris Paul and James Harden teamed up for the first time since CP3 was traded to the Rockets, as part of LA Unified.
Harden and CP3's LAU matched up against Hometown Favorites which included Tim Hardaway Jr, Jordan Bell and Dorell Wright. Russell Westbrook was also rumored to be suiting up for Hometown Favorites, but fans in attendance didn't go home disappointed as the new Rockets' backcourt put on quite a show.
