Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has no shortage of whips but when it came time to choose something to drive for the first day of training camp today, he opted not to drive at all.
According to the Post-Gazette, Brown’s people called the national Rolls-Royce owners’ club, who redirected him to the local chapter, and put him in touch with Jon Leimkuehler - the owner of a 1931 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Phaeton four-door convertible.
Leimkuehler, a classic car collector, then agreed to drive AB to training camp today.
Per the Post-Gazette,
“I was shocked and surprised, and when I told my grandkids they were just over the moon with excitement,” Leimkuehler said Thursday.
“I’m just driving it, but as the chauffeur, I have to open the door for him and show respect for my passenger,” Leimkuehler said.
