It appears Tinashe has a stalker on her hands, and she’s taking legal action to keep him away. According to TMZ, Tinashe has obtained a restraining order against an alleged obsessed fan.
The man, 25-year old Martin Murphy, reportedly drove from Boston to L.A. in June and now resides close to the R&B singer and her parents’ home. He is allegedly trying to reinstate his license to carry a firearm, and Tinashe is afraid he could hurt her.
And if that’s not enough, Murphy’s father reportedly also believes his son could be endangering the singer as well. He said that his son “suffered a psychotic break and is unable to distinguish reality from fantasy.”
Well thankfully a judge agreed with all this and ordered Murphy to stay more than 100 yards away from Tinashe & her parents at all times.
