News surfaced earlier this week that Usher had allegedly paid a woman over a million dollars back in 2012 after he reportedly gave the woman herpes knowingly. Well now after the story broke, another woman is coming out of the wood works & trying to collect some money now too, saying she too contracted the virus from Usher earlier this year.
According to documents TMZ obtained, a woman named Jane Doe filed a lawsuit claiming her & Usher hooked up in Atlanta on April 16 at her home. She says the two used a condom the first time they hooked up, but 12 days later they had sex again in a New Orleans hotel room, and this time around she says they did not use a condom.
In the lawsuit, the woman does not say she's infected, but say she’s concerned because she was "exposed" and wouldn't have had sex with Usher if he'd disclosed this info to her prior.
She's suing the ATL heartthrob for negligence, battery and emotional distress. She is seeking at least $10 million in damages. Whether she gets that now is another story, but she’s definitely trying to get some bread.
