After sharing Jay-Z's chart-debut numbers earlier today, Billboard has revealed the sales figures for the remaining top ten albums on the Billboard 200. 21 Savage's Issa Album has debuted at number two on the chart with 77,000 album equivalent units (22,000 of which made up of traditional sales). This puts the Atlanta rapper well above projections of 50-60k earlier this week. The project follows July 2016's Savage Mode with Metro Boomin, which peaked at 23 in February and was certified gold in May.
Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. and DJ Khaled's Grateful are just under Issa Album, making it the first time in 4 years that the Billboard 200 has had an all-rap top 4. In April 2015, Wale's The Album About Nothing, the Furious 7 OST, Ludacris' Ludaversal and Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly occupied the top slots.
