When Lonzo Ball swapped out his $495 Big Baller Brand ZO2 Prime sneakers in favor of a pair of "Purple Dust" Nike Kobe A.D.'s, LeBron James made sure to bring attention to it.
LeBron, a Nike lifer, shared video of Lonzo wearing the purple Nike's on his IG account with a caption that read "Just. Do. It."
So when Lonzo took the court for last night's game against Cleveland wearing the "Nightlife" Adidas Harden Vol 1, James Harden made sure to follow suit by sharing footage with his followers as well.
Harden added a similar, simple caption in the name of the Adidas brand, "Create for the culture."
After his triple-double performance in last night's win, Lonzo commented on his decision to rep Harden's Adidas kicks instead of his own signature shoe.
Per ESPN,
"Big Baller Brand, you've got freedom to do whatever you want," Ball said on the ESPN broadcast after the game. "I'm showcasing that."
