A much-anticipated union in the world of fashion has been nixed, according to Hype Beast.
A sales representative for Louis Vuitton has confirmed that their collaboration with Supreme will no longer be happening in their pop-up shops, as well as with any online retailers. The initial drop in SoHo was supposed to happen on July 14th and all other pop-up's have been nixed going forward.
A lot of this supposedly has to do with Supreme's reputation, having had their desired location rejected in May and how the brand itself couldn't "articulate how this product launch will benefit the community in any way." The cancellation has of course upset die-hard supporters of the collaboration, with some having already been camping outside for days when they heard the bad news.
