The mogul failed to pay $10,000 after purchasing artwork.

Among others, Birdman can finally put on his legal disputes to rest.

He recently took the route of settling out of court on a case involving a piece of artwork depicting Tupac Shakur.

It was artist Leonor Anthony who originally filed against Birdman for his failure to pay Anthony $10,000 for two pieces of the late rapper and another dedicated to the story of Birdman. The lawsuit arrived months after the Cash Money Records co-founder failed to pay up.

A judge ruled in Anthony's favor, ordering Birdman to pay the full amount plus $407.75 worth of interest, after he failed to respond to the court order, Bird was further hit with an execution that placed a levy on the mogul's Miami condo.

Pleading that he wasn't aware of the court order, he appeared in court to get the judge to not find him in contempt and give him a chance to respond to the allegations.

Now, Anthony has filed to dismiss the case, explaining that the case will soon be closed without the option of refiling.
