The Oakland Raiders training camp will kick off in roughly one month from now, but Marshawn Lynch isn't wasting any time getting his footwork and stamina back to where it needs to be.
The newly un-retired 31-year old running back recently hit the beach for an intense workout in the sand with speed footwork expert, Luis Badillo Jr, who has trained world class athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo, Jamaican sprinter Asafa Powell, and many other NFL players.
Marshawn even completed the drills while wearing some combat boots, and he made it look like he hasn't missed a beat, which is terrible news for linebackers and defensive backs in the AFC West.
