Yesterday afternoon the Los Angeles Clippers agree to trade Chris Paul to the Houston Rockets, ending the "Lob City" era in LA.
Not long after news of the trade began circulating, Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas got to work recruiting Blake Griffin to join him in Boston. Commenting on a photo of CP3, Blake and DeAndre Jordan posted by @SlamOnline, Thomas wrote,
"Hellavu run. Now Blake come on over to Boston lol"
Griffin will become an unrestricted free agent when the NBA's free agency period opens up this Saturday, July 1st and the Clippers will have some competition when trying to resign the All-Star forward.
In addition to possibly teaming up with Isaiah Thomas on the Celtics, the Oklahoma City Thunder are also reportedly looking to make a push for Blake.
