Lil Wayne's beachfront property has been sold, but he didn't get the price he wanted for it.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Wayne has sold his Miami mansion for $10 million, a house he had originally listed for $18 million back in 2015. The 15,101-square-foot house features a rooftop skate park and shark lagoon, as well as nine bedroom, ten bathrooms and a glass-enclosed elevator.
Public records show that Weezy bought the property in 2011 for $11.6 million, so not a tremendous step down from his purchase price. However, the mansion's market value was decidedly higher and Lil Wayne had to settle for nearly half of that desired total.
