Former defensive tackle and NFL Hall of Famer Warren Sapp spent 13 seasons in the trenches enduring brutal collision, after brutal collision. Sapp now becomes the latest former NFL player to pledge their brain posthumously to the Concussion Legacy Foundation, an organization that works on reducing concussions in sports, and developing more knowledge on the affects of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).

Sapp explained that his ultimate goal is to make the game better than it was during his time on the field. Check out the full video.
