The Golden State Warriors completed the gentlemen's sweep over the Cleveland Cavaliers last night at Oracle Arena, beating LeBron and co. 129-120 in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Kevin Durant was named Finals MVP after scoring the second-most points ever in a five-game NBA Finals series. KD scored a team-high 39 points, in the series finale while Steph Curry added 34 points, 10 assists and six rebounds.
LeBron averaged a triple double in this his 8th NBA Finals appearance, but he was simply outmatched by the Warriors firepower.
Per ESPN,
"I left everything on the floor every game," James said after averaging a triple-double in his eighth Finals.
