The rap icon gets his due.

Ice Cube has added another accolade to his growing collection, as per Variety.

After sitting down with Bill Maher on Real Time to discuss the host's N-word controversy in detail, Cube capped off an eventful few days by landing his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Thought he says "I still feel like a young man," Cube's legacy in hip-hop has spanned nearly 30 years, ever since the then-teenager penned "Boyz-N-The-Hood" for a little-known emcee named Eazy E.

Since then, he's accumulated an impressive resume not just in the music business with both his N.W.A work and his solo offerings, but also into other media circles, starring in classic films such as Boyz N The Hood and Friday. He shows no signs of slowing down either, inking a new deal with Interscope Records and re-issuing his album Death Certificate with three new tracks as part of its 25th anniversary.

You can check out the full video from his Walk of Fame ceremony below.
