Rihanna's name seems to go hand-in-hand with Billboard Hot 100 songs. However, the song writer and singer is much more as she has utilized her platform to aide charities and under privileged communities across the world.

Rihanna's charity, Clara Lionel Foundation has partnered with the Global Partnership for Education and Global Citizen as part of a project to provide equal education for some of the most impoverished children across the globe. Rihanna's goal is to raise $3.1 billion to bring education to more than 870 million children.

Recently the group took a trip to Malawi in southeast Africa, a nation facing major budget cuts to visit schools and create a mini documentary along the way. Throughout the video Rihanna and local educators help students work out problems, teaching them through song. "They adopt melody really, really quickly. And so if you can use that as a learning tool, I think that's the most brilliant, brilliant thing," said Rihanna. Check out the full clip.
