Another day passes, and another Fyre Festival related lawsuit hits Ja Rule & partner in crime Billy McFarland. Somebody needs to call Matt Murdock or Lionel Hutz for these dudes, because at this rate, no real lawyer will want to risk coming to their defense. TMZ reports that the latest to jump on the Fyre Festival feeding frenzy is EHL Funding, who allegedly lent the duo three million dollars on April 10th, well before the festival.
EHL has since become worried that they will never end up getting paid back. Apparently, EHL arranged to receive weekly payments over the course of the year, and while they have received roughly $900k in return, it's been nothing but silence since April 21st.
EHL Funding is not exactly pleased with Rule & McFarland, and is now suing for a full return, plus interest.
