Chance the Rapper expands his online platform "Rapper Radio", wants to get more artists airplay.

Independent hip-hop's golden boy Chance the Rapper wants to have more artists in his situation get some deserved airplay and, with that in mind, is expanding his online venture Rapper Radio. The Chicago native announced the expansion of fan-supported platform today, which aims to directly and seamlessly connect the artist, fan and radio station via social media.

The concept mirrors call-in style requests to a radio station, all at the click of a button. After searching for their home city, fans can select which station they'd like to hear their jam played on and the site will generate a pre-formatted tweet that will tag both the station and the artist(s). Top-voting fans could also be in line to win tickets to a show on Chance's tour, which is currently sold-out.

In addition to promoting his own singles ("All Night," "I'm The One") via the site, Chance is also helping to support several other known artists, including Jidenna ("Bambi"), Linkin Park ("Heavy") and DJ Khaled ("I'm The One"). It's the kind of grassroots support that Chance saw work wonders with his hit single "No Problem" and helped him win a Grammy for his album Coloring Book, all released independently.
