Chris Bosh and his wife Adrienne are reportedly being sued by Colette and Brigham Field, the two porn moguls who created "X-Art," for the putrid condition of a mansion that the Bosh's rented them.
According to reports, the Fields say they rented a 10,755 sq ft super mansion in the Pacific Palisades, which cost them $138,000 to cover the first month's rent ($46k) and the security deposit ($92k).
However, shortly after moving into the Bosh's rental, the Fields' noticed toxic mold, leaks, plumbing issues and rat droppings. Conditions were allegedly so bad that the couple "had to seek medical assistance for sickness and rashes that they suffered from the time when the mold could be seen and smelled."
The lawsuit claims that Bosh refused to give the couple their security deposit back and have since let other renters stay in the home. The Fields' are seeking the $92,000 deposit back plus unspecified damages.
