The San Antonio Spurs evened up the series last night with the Houston Rockets but they lost their starting point guard, Tony Parker, in the process.
Parker had to be helped off the court last night with roughly nine minutes left in the fourth quarter, after injuring his left knee on a floater in the lane. Today, an MRI revealed Parker had a ruptured left quadriceps tendon and will miss the rest of the postseason.
In his absence, San Antonio will turn to Patty Mills to carry the load.
Game 3 of the Spurs vs Rockets series is scheduled for tomorrow night at 7pm in Houston.
