Tony Romo might not be the only quarterback going from the field to the broadcast studio this Summer. According to ESPN, former Chicago Bears signal caller Jay Cutler flew to Los Angeles and auditioned for a tv role with Fox.
Fox is currently looking for a new analyst to work alongside Kevin Burkhardt after John Lynch left for a GM position with the 49ers this offseason.
The 34-year old quarterback, who was released by the Bears in March, has not officially announced his retirement though sources claim he's leaning towards hanging 'em up after 11 seasons in the NFL.
Just last month, CBS announced that Tony Romo would be pairing up with Jim Nantz and the CBS broadcast team.
