"We are deeply concerned about the guest who was injured and intend to offer him our support."

A fan at Travis Scott's show at Terminal 5 in New York was hospitalized after dropping from the third-level balcony in the venue, a spokesperson for Travis tells Billboard.

Travis had earlier encouraged fans to jump from a lower balcony during the show, as can be seen in footage posted to Twitter. "I see you but are you gonna do it?" he says. "They gon' catch you. Don't be scared! Fall!" After jumping, the fan is seemingly caught by the crowd.

However, a second fan was injured when he dropped from the higher third-level balcony. His condition has not been confirmed, but fans at the show believed he broke his leg. Footage shows Travis giving the injured fan his ring after seemingly stopping the show.

Travis' team has released a statement on the fan's injury. They are said to be monitoring his health at this time.

"The safety of everyone is held in the highest regard and we are currently conducting an internal investigation to ensure that this does not happen again. We are deeply concerned about the guest who was injured and intend to offer him our support."

Travis Scott is 5 dates into his Birds Eye View tour. His next show will take place Tuesday night in Pittsburgh.
