A source tells People that the mental health day has nothing to do with Kim (it's all love, apparently), and that Kanye is merely enjoying his temporary hiatus from celebrity. While Kim flies solo at the prestigious event, Kanye will be staying at home with kids North & Saint.
The absence marks a big decision for Kanye, considering his love of high fashion and culture. True fans want him to be in a grounded state of mind, and dipping out of the spotlight is probably the wisest move. Especially if dude has a home studio, which he most assuredly does.
