Minneapolis-bred rapper Rocky Diamonds has released two songs this year, both well-received on the site. The latest was June's "Come Down," produced by TM88, which held fans over through the lengthy wait for his EP, Anywhere But Here. It's finally here, packed with six tracks and no features.
Anywhere But Here is comprised of all new material except the LAVI$H-produced "Lay Em Down," released in March. The rest of the production comes from Rocky himself as well as Sergio R. and Play Picasso, both of whom have worked with Tory Lanez. Speaking of, the Toronto singer/rapper, hot off his debut album I Told You, will guest on Rocky's next single. With the release of Anywhere But Here, he's promised plenty more new music for the rest of 2016.
Rocky is also responsible for the entire mixing and mastering of Anywhere But Here. The EP showcases a cohesive blend of chilling street tracks and more meditative, R&B-inspired jams. Stream Anywhere But Here below, and stay tuned for lots more work from Rocky Diamonds.
