"Fuck the verse I work[ed] on a beat with Frank and Mike."

Travis Scott got the enviable opportunity to appear on a Frank Ocean's new track, "Lens," but he's more excited about his work behind the scenes than his vocal contribution. "Woke up this morning realizing fuck the verse i work[ed] on a beat with Frank and Mike [Dean]," he wrote on Twitter Sunday, calling the accomplishment a "life goal."

Mike Dean confirmed that he tickled the ivories on the track in a tweet of his own, writing, "happy to say i helped on this one a little #mikedeanonthekeys." The legendary producer has been one of Travis' most consistent collaborators over the years.

Travis Scott has been working professionally as a producer since 2012. His breakthrough gig came on Kanye West's Cruel Summer, on which he contributed to three tracks. He would later land programming and production credits on Yeezus, including the Frank Ocean-guesting "New Slaves." As his solo career has taken off, Travis has focused more on vocal performance than production, so working with Frank and Mike on "Lens" was likely an exciting return to beatmaking for him. This is his first time collaborating with Frank on production.
