A Houston man recently made a bet on the Warriors vs. Rockets game which didn't turn out so good because he ended up duct taped to a "Yield" sign at a busy intersection as a result.

Concerned drivers ultimately called police to help the man, later identified as Miguel Chavez, get down from his post but it almost got one of his friends tased.

According to WFAA, cops arrived just as one of Miguel's friends was approaching him with a knife to help cut him down.

“Drop the knife or I’ll Tase you,” one officer shouted.

Chavez's friends quickly confessed to cops that this was all due to losing a bet in the Warriors/Rockets game and that nobody was in serious danger.
