Last month, a judge granted Karrueche Tran's request for a permanent domestic violence restraining order against Chris Brown.
Yet, the "Deuces" crooner has apparently dodged all her attempts at serving him court papers that would put in effect the judge's order. Reports say Tran is so determined to rid her life of C-Breezy that she hired a private firm to track him down and serve him the papers.
The New York Daily News reports his lawyer informed Tran’s attorneys that the "Party" singer won’t allow his law firm to accept service of the paperwork. It's forced the court in Santa Monica, California to delay a morning hearing on the matter until April 19. Apparently, Tran's lawyers even tried to serve him with the help of law enforcement.
In the meantime, a temporary restraining order remains in place. Tran alleges that Brown punched her twice in the stomach and threw her down a flight of stairs while they dated on and off from 2011 to 2015. The "Grass is Greener" singer also threatened to kill her. Tran broke up with him when she found out about his daughter Royalty who was born from a dalliance with model Nia Guzman.
