At last month's NBA trade deadline, one of the biggest rumors was whether or not the Chicago Bulls were going to trade their all-star cornerstone Jimmy Butler.
As we know, the Bulls ultimately opted to hang on to Butler but he may not be in the Windy City for much longer.
The Ringer's Kevin O'Connor reports that a front office source believes Butler is "as good as gone" after this season.
Butler has spent each of his six NBA seasons with the Bulls and is still under contract for the next two seasons but he'll certainly be at the center or trade rumors once again this Summer.
Chicago is currently 1.5 games back of the Indiana Pacers for the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference and on the verge of missing the playoffs or the second straight season.
