Voletta Wallace claims to have "a very good idea" who killed her son.

March 9 is the 20th anniversary of Biggie Smalls' death. While his killer is still on the loose, his mother, Voletta Wallace, hasn't lost hope. She is still fighting for justice for Christopher Wallace.

"I have a very good idea who murdered Christopher and I genuinely believe that the LAPD know exactly who did too," she told the Daily Mail. She believes the Los Angeles police covered up her son’s murder because of the killer's identity.

"They’ve done their investigation, but they just refuse to move forward. I don’t know why they haven’t arrested who was involved," she said. "It seems to me that it’s one giant conspiracy, and someone is definitely being protected somewhere down the line."

After exiting a 1997 Soul Train Awards afterparty in L.A., the Notorious B.I.G.'s GMC Suburban SUV was intercepted by a Chevrolet Impala. Its driver pulled alongside the SUV and shot Wallace four times. He was only 24.
