Although the Dunk Contest and actual NBA All-Star Game were a bit underwhelming, it was still an entertaining weekend of festivities in New Orleans both on and off the court.
The NBA's biggest stars descended upon the Crescent City not only to take part in the All-Star weekend but also to experience the unique sights and sounds of The Big Easy, including the beginning of Mardi Gras and musical stylings of all the hometown artists.
A few of the best highlights from the weekend took place on the court during the All-Star game but there were also some other notable moments that didn't have anything to do with the East vs West.
