Drake left London with a bang Thursday night. On top of making a special appearance at XOYO nightclub, the 6 God surprised partygoers when he and his crew showed up at Paper Soho and spent £30K at the bar.
The Sun reports that the 30-year-old Canadian took his 20-strong team to the upscale joint and headed straight to the VIP lounge and DJ booth. Drizzy hardly drank though his table was covered with £30K-worth of Dom Perignon champagne and Belvedere vodka bottles.
The event was planned to be a live performance for Young Thug but Drake ended up joining him onstage. Rappers Giggs and Chip also shared in the frolic. Drake even played tracks from the anticipated project More Life. About 250 people held up their cellphones while Drake and Giggs performed.
“The club was packed and then when Drake came into the DJ booth everyone in the venue pushed towards the front," one patron told the Sun.
The Views emcee is taking the Boy Meets World tour to Sheffield Friday night.
