While the CEOs of Nike and Adidas have come out in opposition of President Trump, Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank praised him for being "a real asset to our country" in an interview with CNBC, which didn't go over so well with some of Under Armour's athletes including Stephen Curry.
As a result, Under Armour released a statement in an attempt to clarify Plank's comments but he decided that wasn't enough and wrote an open letter to explain his position.
Kevin Plank's full page ad, which appeared in the Baltimore Sun, reinforces the idea that Under Armour stands for equal rights, opportunity and job creation.
