T.I. & his new signee Iggy respond to the comments Azealia Banks made about Iggy making the XXL Freshman List.

Young rapper/songstress Azealia Banks has been outspoken in the past on Twitter concerning her fellow female emcess, including Kreayshawn and Iggy Azalea.

Her most recent comments (of disapproval) on Iggy Azalea have earned a response from T.I., who only just signed the Australian femcee to Grand Hustle.

Azealia took to Twitter when she found out Iggy had made the XXL Freshman 2012 cover and she voiced her disapproval. "Iggy Azalea on the XXL freshman list is all wrong." she tweeted, continuing "How can you endorse a white woman who called herself a "runaway slave master " ?" finally tweeting, "Sorry guys. But I'm pro black girl. I'm not anti white girl, but I'm also not here for any1 outside of my culture trying to trivialize very serious aspects of it."

When T.I. and Iggy were on DJ Drama's radioshow they gave their two cents on Banks' comments. Iggy was polite while still defending herself, "This is my day and it’s my achievement." Iggy Azalea said, "You have to work to have your own achievements, with all due respect. Instead of worrying about who else is on there, you should just be happy that I’m on there as a woman for women, and if you want to have your own achievement, work and have your own achievement. I can’t take what’s meant for you and you can’t take what’s meant for me."

T.I. went the sarcastic route, giving Banks advice to make the Freshman cover next year, "Strategically if she really cares about a freshmen cover maybe she could hope that she’ll suck enough to get shelved and then next year when the freshmen cover comes back around, maybe she’ll still be a freshman. If you spend half of your day getting money and the other half of your day counting money, you ain’t got no time in your day to worry about nobody else."

This fueled Banks to once again take to her Twitter and respond to T.I., saying he should stay out of two girls' fight, "Come on T.I…. Niggas is not scared of u and whatever shit u got to say on some radio show," she continued. "LMFAOO how u a grown man commenting on what’s going on between two girls. Come on son. Stop it."
