Kylie Jenner's trademark battle with Australian pop star Kylie Minogue may be over.

Kylie Jenner has been coming up in the world. Earlier this year we reported that Kylie had become the second richest Kardashian after she raked in $18 million dollars during the time period of June 2015 through June 2016. But even her bulging bank account isn't enough as the 19-year-old has been fighting with Australian singer Kylie Minogue to trademark the name "KYLIE" for the last two years.

Now it appears that battle has come to an end. According to a report from BBC, in April 2015 Jenner filed paperwork with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), to register "KYLIE" in the US for "advertising services" and "endorsement services." Minogue's team followed up by filing their opposition in February 2016 citing that Minogue is an "internationally renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist." Additionally, Minogue's opposition threw major shade on Jenner by declaring that she was a "secondary reality television personality." The case underwent suspension for settlement negotiations twice in 2016.

Long story short, on January 19th Minogue's team withdrew their opposition, which in turn, allows Jenner's application to proceed. While both Kylie's legal teams declined comments on the situation, it would appear that a settlement has been reached. But on another note, Jenner also recently lost a separate battle from November 2015 to trademark her full name as "KYLIE JENNER" as the request was rejected last July. Her team did file an appeal on January 23rd, though.
