President Trump's twitter mentions are undoubtedly filled with plenty of well-deserved messages of hate, angst, disappointment and deep concern in the wake of his Inauguration and the massive Women's March in D.C.

Former Browns QB Johnny Manziel is all to familiar with tweets of that nature and today he offered some advice on how to deal with all of the criticism that will surely be piling up in the new POTUS's mentions.

In the since deleted tweet (he actually deactivated his entire account), Manziel informs President Trump, "Yo @POTUS even I know to stay away from the notifications section on twitter. Shit will drive you crazy, lead the country and let them hate."
